Terms of Service

1. The service

FlashSim sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans for 190+ countries. eSIM profiles are provisioned through our connectivity partner, eSIM Go, and delivered digitally as a QR code by email and on-screen after payment.

All plans are data-only. Voice calls and SMS are available through internet apps (WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc.).

2. Orders & delivery

An order is fulfilled when the eSIM QR code is generated and delivered. Delivery normally takes seconds after payment confirms; in rare cases it can take up to 15 minutes.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address. Guest checkout is available; creating an account lets you track usage and top up.

3. Validity & usage

Plan validity (3–180 days, depending on the plan) starts on the first network connection in a covered destination — not at purchase.

Plans are prepaid and do not auto-renew. When your data is exhausted or validity ends, the eSIM simply stops passing data; you can top up the same eSIM without installing a new one.

Hotspot/tethering is allowed on all plans unless stated otherwise.

4. Pricing & Flash Cash

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. Retail prices are set by FlashSim and may change before purchase; the price shown at checkout is final.

Flash Cash is promotional credit earned at 5% of each completed order. It is automatically applied to future purchases, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may expire after 12 months of inactivity.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, reselling connectivity, or abusive network usage (e.g. continuous bulk transfer). We may suspend eSIMs that violate carrier fair-use policies.

6. Liability

Coverage and speeds depend on local carrier networks and are not guaranteed. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. See our Refund Policy for remedies.
