How to check your phone
- 1. Dial *#06# — if you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM.
- 2. On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → if you see "Add eSIM", you're compatible.
- 3. On Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → look for "Add eSIM".
Carrier-locked phones
If your phone is locked to a carrier (common with phones bought on contract), it may reject third-party eSIMs. Contact your carrier to unlock it before purchasing. And if it still doesn't work, you're covered by our full-refund guarantee.
